Yes — we're a fully mobile service. We travel to wherever the vehicle is located across Greater Cleveland: dealerships, private sellers' homes, your driveway, your office, or auction lots. We coordinate the appointment with the seller directly so you don't have to.
No. Mr. Auto Inspections is fully independent. We have no affiliation with any garage, service station, or dealership. We don't sell cars. We don't take kickbacks. The buyer is our only client — full stop.

Payment is collected when you book. The full written report — including photographs, mechanical findings, and our recommendation — is delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours of the on-site inspection. We'll also call you to walk through the findings personally.
Walk away. A reputable seller — dealer or private — has no reason to decline an independent third-party inspection. Refusal is itself a strong signal about either the vehicle or the seller. We've never had a legitimate seller turn us away.
